Join us this September 2026 for the weekly Experimental Drawing Club, Trowbridge art sessions on Monday and Tuesday* mornings - a time to explore the enormous possibilities and aspects of drawing. (*Tuesdays currently waiting list only).
Winter 2026 theme: Calling the Raven. We experiment in a range of media, techniques and processes. In the past we’ve made leporello/ concertina books - played Surrealist party games - made automatic drawings - drawn in response to text and music - drawn from memories and half-rememberings and semi forgotten dreams - drawn from films and/or props.
Each session we make lots of work and spend time together after each exercise discussing what we’ve done. No previous experience necessary - no art skills required - just a want to play with materials and to explore drawing processes.
Led by Alison for whom drawing is central to their practice.

SILT’s Refund policy for Courses and Workshops.
We are not be able to offer refunds for any reason for our workshops or courses. Please be sure of the dates when booking.
For Alison’s Drawing Club, places maybe transferred to another date within that term, only if there is space available and only at Alison’s discretion. There will be no credits following over to the following term’s Drawing Club. Places on any course or workshops will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Refunds will only be issued when SILT cannot provide tuition for the course or workshop or if there is a technical problem with the studio’s facilities or equipment.
